When will Wren be ready?

What happens when I join the waiting list?
You'll get one email to confirm you've signed up. After that we'll keep you posted as Wren comes together, and you can leave the list at any time.
What will it cost?
Pricing will be set before launch, and people on the waiting list will hear it first.
Which apps does Wren work with?
Email, text messages, WhatsApp and Telegram, plus voice notes. Use whichever suits each of you. Wren can also put dates and jobs straight into your calendar and to-do list.
Is there an app to download?
Yes, if you'd like one. Wren will have apps for your phone and computer by launch, and it works just as well in your browser, so you never have to download anything.
Do we both need to sign up?
No. One of you starts and invites the other, whether you live together or co-parent from two homes, and from then on you both see the same picture. Wren works just as well if it's only you.
Does Wren see all my messages?
No. In your email, Wren reads only what it needs to find household things, such as school letters, appointments and renewals. Everything else is left alone and isn't kept. In WhatsApp, Telegram and text messages, it only sees what you send it.
Does Wren use our information to train AI?
No. Your household's information is used only to run Wren for you. It is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
Is my family's information safe?
Yes. Looking after your family's information is built into Wren from the start, not added on later.
It's private to your household. Only the people in your household can see your information. Wren is built so that no other household can ever reach it, and that's checked every time Wren is changed.
It's only used for you. Wren uses your information to run Wren for your household, and for nothing else. It's never sold, and never used to train AI.
It's stored in the UK. Your household's information is held securely in the UK, wherever you live.
It's protected by law. Wren is run by Big Trouble Labs Ltd, a UK company, and follows UK data protection law, the UK General Data Protection Regulation ('UK GDPR'). That gives you the right to see what Wren holds about you, to have it corrected, to ask for a copy and to have it deleted.
You're in control. You can delete all of your household's information whenever you like.
